1. Make sure you are ready with uniform, PE kit, equipment, books, lunch and snacks the night before. Double check that there isn't a staff training or INSET day and you know what time school starts!
2. Make sure everyone has an early night so you can get up bright and early.
3. If you are a parent or a carer, try to be positive and encouraging; you might really be anxious but you don't need to let it show. Don't forget to take a picture of your child looking super smart in their uniform/with their school things on their first day. It'll be something lovely to look back on in years to come!
