Cancellation Policy

For short term bookings (72 hours or less): Please contact HL Tutoring Services by phone for daytime availability and prices. Same day bookings accepted. Leave a voicemail and your call will be returned. For bookings of more than 72 hours notice: Please contact HL Tutoring Services by email or phone for daytime availability and prices. General Prices: *Full school day at £200 a day (5 hours). Price is set at a fixed rate even if the school hours are longer or shorter than 5 hours. *Half a school day (morning or afternoon) of supply teaching can be booked for £125. Price is set at a fixed rate even if session lengths vary. * Charges include transport. An invoice will be emailed to your school on the day of the booking. As a result payment should be received no later than the next calendar month from the booking. If payments are made by other means, then payment should be received within 28 days of the booking. Please ring for cancellations or reschedules. Bookings will be charged at full rate if the booking is cancelled on the same day as the actual booking. I will bring a copy of my DBS certificate and ID on the day of the booking. A reference can be provided on request.
