If it's too late to run to the shops then why not make a Father's Day card?

Click on the pictures below to find out how.  Ask an adult to help if you find it difficult to use scissors.

Copy the A4 template onto card.
Fold it in half and cut out 3 triangles.
Fold along the dotted line to create a shirt collar.

Fold the top part of the tie (trapezium shape).
Put glue on the back of the trapezium shape and stick down above the buttons and just below the collar.

Write 'Dear Dad' or whoever you're sending your card to (this could be a Step-Dad, Grandpa, Uncle or family friend).
    Write a greetings message.
Sign off your card with your name.
Personalise your card by adding a poem or a picture on the inside cover. You could also decorate the tie.

Can you write some instructions to explain how you made your card?  What other types of card could you make for Father's Day?  The idea could be adapted to a birthday card instead.
